Terms of Service for UltimateIntel. Last updated: April 2026. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ultimate Quantum AI, the company behind UltimateIntel.

These terms govern your use of the UltimateIntel platform and services including the web application, API, connectors, query engine, intelligence briefs, and all related functionality.

By accessing or using UltimateIntel, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Account Terms You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials including passwords, API keys, and access tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are for individual use within your organization unless you have an Enterprise or Strategic plan that specifies shared access terms. You may not share account credentials across individuals. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or credential sharing.

Acceptable Use You may not use UltimateIntel to violate any applicable law or regulation including data protection, privacy, export control, and anti-discrimination laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, tenants, or systems. You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the service including reverse engineering, load testing beyond reasonable limits, or attempting to circumvent security controls. You may not use the platform to process data that you do not have the legal right to access or analyze. You may not resell or redistribute UltimateIntel services without a written partnership agreement.

Data and Privacy Your use of data through UltimateIntel is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. We process your data solely to provide the intelligence services you request and never use customer data to train AI models. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to connect data sources and process data through our platform. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance pages.

Intellectual Property UltimateIntel and its associated technology, including algorithms, models, user interface designs, documentation, and branding, are the intellectual property of Ultimate Quantum AI. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription period. Insights and reports generated from your data belong to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the UltimateIntel platform or its components.

Service Level Agreement UltimateIntel targets 99.9 percent monthly uptime for production services. Specific SLA terms vary by plan tier and are detailed in your subscription agreement. Starter and Business plan customers receive standard SLA terms. Enterprise and Strategic plan customers may negotiate custom SLA terms. SLA credits are applied automatically when targets are not met as described in your plan documentation.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party will bear its own costs for arbitration. Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property violations or security breaches.

Modifications to Terms We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of UltimateIntel after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with a modification, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date without penalty.

Termination Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to UltimateIntel will cease at the end of the current billing period. Data deletion follows our GDPR compliance procedures with complete removal within 30 days of termination. You may request a data export before termination through the privacy dashboard. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the termination date.

Limitation of Liability UltimateIntel is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated insights and you should verify critical business decisions through independent analysis. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Neither party will be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to breaches of confidentiality, intellectual property infringement, or willful misconduct.
