Engineering Culture Our engineering team practices continuous deployment with automated testing, structured code review, and observability-first development. Every service has structured logging, health checks, and alerting. We write tests before code when the problem is well-defined and explore with prototypes when it is not. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform with Infrastructure as Code for reproducibility.
How We Work We are a remote-first team with flexible hours. We communicate asynchronously by default and synchronously when it matters. We keep meetings to a minimum and protect deep work time. Every engineer has direct access to users and participates in support rotation to stay close to real problems.

Interview Process Our interview process is designed to be respectful of your time while giving us confidence in mutual fit. It consists of four stages: an initial conversation about your background and interests, a take-home technical exercise relevant to our actual work, a technical deep-dive discussion about your solution and our architecture, and a values conversation with team members. The entire process typically completes within two weeks.
